These terms apply to your use of spgroup.au, operated by SalesPond Group of Level 5, 16 Spring Street, Sydney NSW 2000. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
This site describes SalesPond Group and its five businesses, and lets you send an enquiry or book a call. It is general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or professional advice, and it does not create a contract between us. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Enquiries and bookings
When you send an enquiry or book a call, the details you give must be accurate and your own. A booking is an invitation to talk, not a commitment by either side. We may decline or reschedule a booking, and you can cancel using the link in your calendar invitation. How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. Figures and outcomes
Results, statistics and case study outcomes on this site describe past campaigns in particular markets and conditions. They are not a promise or forecast of what any engagement will achieve for you.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, and the SalesPond Group and business unit names and logos, belongs to SalesPond Group or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Other companies' names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to send spam or unlawful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it by automated means.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to the sites of our businesses and to third parties. Our businesses' sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or up to date, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, and where our liability cannot be excluded it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to supplying the relevant information again.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
